At Guided Life Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before buying.

Digital Products

All products sold on Guided Life Press are digital downloads (PDF guides) delivered instantly after purchase. Because digital files can be accessed immediately and cannot be returned in the traditional sense, we operate the following policy:

Refund Eligibility Window

We offer a 7-day refund window from the date of purchase. You may request a refund if:

  • You have read the guide, tried the content, and feel it didn't deliver what was promised in the listing.
  • The file is faulty, corrupted, or significantly different from its description.
  • You were charged incorrectly or experienced a duplicate charge.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You simply changed your mind after downloading the product.
  • You bought the wrong product (contact us first — we'll help you swap it for one of equal value).
  • The request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
  • The file has been shared, redistributed, or used commercially in violation of the licence.

What We'll Always Help With (Free)

Some things we fix at no cost, no matter when they happen:

  • Download issues or a corrupted file — resent within 24 hours.
  • A lost download link — resent free, anytime, even years after purchase.
  • Swapping for a different guide of equal value — just ask.
  • Free updates whenever we expand or improve a guide you purchased.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

As our products are digital files, we do not offer traditional exchanges. However, if you purchased the wrong product by mistake, please contact us and we'll help you swap it for a guide of equal value.
